- Room reservations will be made through DEKON Congress & Tourism
- Please make your reservations early, bookings are on a first-come first-served basis. And please contact [email protected] for your requests other than the previewed dates.
- Rates quoted are in Euros (EUR), and include breakfast.
- The tourist tax (3.5 EUR/ per night / per person) is exclusive to the rates above and will be paid upon online booking.
- Best available rates are subject to change at the time of booking due to high demand.
- Room reservations will be confirmed only after receiving full payment by credit card.
- Hotel check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 12:00.
- Notification of cancellation must be received in writing to the organizing secretariat.
Cancellation Policy - Accommodation:
Cancellations or changes should be received in writing by the ECSWR 2025 Organizing Secretariat (DEKON) via e-mail to [email protected]. Please do not contact the hotels directly.
- Cancellations received before or on January 17, 2025 - One night deposit will be applied as a penalty.
- Cancellations received on or after January 18, 2025 - no refund.
Please note that accommodation refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of ECSWR 2025, bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
In the event of non-arrival, the hotel will automatically release the reservation and full payment will be non-refundable.
Late arrival /Early Departure Fee - If you arrive later or leave earlier than on the dates of your confirmed booking, the total cost of accommodation will be charged and no refunds will be issued.
